Late & No Show Policy
Everyone’s time is valuable. In order to respect the time of other clients and our schedule, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment to avoid a late fee being charged.
If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled.
In the case of ‘No Shows’ your deposit will be forfeited and a further deposit will be required should you wish to reschedule the appointment.
